Who We Are
jl587 is a licensed online gaming operator proudly serving the Philippine market. We understand the unique needs of Filipino players — from instant deposits via GCash to late-night sabong streams and live coverage of PBA games. Our platform was built from the ground up with Filipino users in mind, ensuring every feature, payment method, and customer support channel is optimized for the local market.
Our headquarters operates under strict regulatory compliance, holding certifications that ensure fair play, secure transactions, and responsible gaming practices. We partner with world-leading game providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Microgaming to bring you thousands of premium slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets.
What sets jl587 apart is our commitment to accessibility. Whether you're in Metro Manila, Cebu City, or a remote province with 3G internet, our platform is designed to load fast and run smoothly. We support low-denomination bets starting at just ₱10, making premium gaming accessible to everyone. Our Filipino customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat, and we process withdrawals in under 24 hours — often within the same day.
At jl587, we believe in transparency and fairness. All our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested by international gaming labs. Your funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds, ensuring your deposits are always safe. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and personal detail.
Beyond gaming, jl587 is committed to responsible gambling. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and reality check features to help players maintain control. Our team actively supports local responsible gaming initiatives and partners with organizations like PAGCOR to promote safe play across the Philippines.
Today, jl587 serves over 2 million registered users, processing more than ₱500 million in monthly transactions. We've paid out over ₱3 billion in winnings since launch, with our largest progressive jackpot winner taking home ₱28 million on a single spin. These numbers reflect the trust Filipino players place in jl587 — and we work every day to honor that trust.

The jl587 Journey
From a startup vision to the Philippines' leading gaming platform — here's how jl587 grew to serve millions of Filipino players.
Foundation and Launch
jl587 was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans with over 50 years of combined experience. We launched with 500 slot games and live casino tables, focusing exclusively on the Philippine market. GCash integration was added from day one.
Sports Betting Expansion
We introduced comprehensive sports betting covering international football, NBA, UFC, and local favorites like PBA basketball and cockfighting. Our sportsbook quickly became one of the most popular features, especially during the pandemic when live sports resumed.
Mobile App Launch
jl587 released dedicated iOS and Android apps, optimized for Filipino users with low-bandwidth modes and offline game browsing. The app reached 500,000 downloads within the first three months, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.
1 Million Player Milestone
jl587 welcomed its one-millionth registered player, cementing our position as a top gaming platform in the Philippines. We celebrated by introducing our VIP loyalty program with exclusive perks for high-volume players.
Ultra Treasure and Astar Live
We launched two flagship game categories: Ultra Treasure (progressive jackpot slots with pooled prizes across the Philippines) and Astar Live (premium live dealer studios with Filipino hosts). Both became instant hits.
Record-Breaking Growth
jl587 processed over ₱500 million in monthly transactions and paid out our largest single jackpot: ₱28 million to a lucky player in Quezon City. We also partnered with PAGCOR to promote responsible gaming education across the country.
Crypto Payments and E-Sports
We added support for USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, catering to tech-savvy players. Our new e-sports betting section covers Dota 2, Mobile Legends, and Valorant tournaments, reflecting the growing Filipino e-sports scene.
